We’d have to have some “level” field… like all of us on the same cube to compete?
That’s an idea. I sort of fancy the idea of a team race. We get a few people and on each team, give them each the same branch to work on, and see who can finish it first.
Yes, cool, exactly, Rachel! Of course “race” would have to be recorded time since we can’t be synchronous…
I don’t think we’d want to do it entirely with recorded time, just how long was spent on each cube. If we made it total time (like it took your team 6 days to do a branch, and the other team 7 days) then it’d encourage people to do more cubes, not just do a few cubes really fast. Plus, it’d keep people accountable to the rest of their team, if they don’t do their part no one could progress and you guys would run out of tasks to do and get stuck.
