i would like to have the ability to use a pencil to make it easier to show the one i am watching where problematic areas are, or see this line is the end of trace, like we can do in the scoutlog

I don’t know if it’s still in development but a few months ago (I think before or after summer?) admins had asdked some of us to beta test a new version of watch mode where watcher and watchee could see both cursors/3d rotations/2d paint etc so if you for example moved your cursor over a segment in 2d and then removed+added something and then moved cursor in 3D and rotated cube the person you were watching could see all of it and you could see what they were doing in the meanwhile.
Not exactly 100% what you’re asking but close enough.
