I find the process incredibly engaging, but I am facing some challenges that I hope you can help me with.
Specifically, I am looking for advice on how to improve my efficiency when segmenting neurons in complex datasets. Sometimes I find it difficult to identify where one neuron ends and another begins, especially in crowded areas. I’ve tried various techniques but often feel overwhelmed by the intricacies involved.
Are there any particular tools, shortcuts, or strategies that you’ve found helpful when tackling these types of challenges? Additionally, if there are any specific resources or tutorials you recommend for beginners, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
