What is the part indicated from the arrow in this image? In particular what are the black points inside?

Hi Mario,
Those black points are vesicles, they usually aren’t visible with the type of staining we use. They mark synaptic points, so good find!
I also see them from time to time… Sould we mark them as part of the cell or not?
Vesicles are part of the cell, you should mark them.
