Two or three times I’ve used the “Start over” button - but every time it starts a completely new image, not the one I was working on. Is it broken?

We’re not able to reproduce this problem. Can you tell us more about the situation? What type of machine/browser are you using? Do you have a spotty internet connection? Do you see this happening after coming back to a task that you left open for a while? Has it ever worked for you?

Hi… I’m on Mac OS X - Lion… using Firefox. I can’t tell you too much about the circumstances though. My net connection is fine. Next time it happens, I’ll pay more attention to what I was doing at the time… sorry!

I’m seeing the same thing as well. I just started over on an image that I did not alter, and it gave me a new one.
It was working properly a few days back (can’t remember how many days though…)
Edit - two task on, I got the same one back that i ‘started over’.
Using latest Chrome.
If this is caused how I think, it happens when you hit ‘start over’ before one minute has elapsed on the current task.
If so, this will be fixed in the next release.
I am having the same issue. More than a minute had passed before I hit the start over button and I received a different task to work on instead of starting over the same segment of the map.
Same problem here. Using Google Chrome 19.0.1084.30.
Just happened to me again, and also that weird offset problem that I haven’t seen again since I started eyewire. You know… where the curser paints an area that is off to the side from where you are pointing.
