The scoreboard is not resetting for the new day at midnight EST like it used to and any tracing you do until it reset is lost.
It says you have made points but they do not show up on the scoreboard and those points are not showing the next day whenever the scoreboard finally resets. This means if you are not on EST you cannot trace and get credit in the late hours of the night.
