Preloading a set of cubes

Instead of preloading just one cube, I would like to be able to preload let’s say 10 cubes. Now I’m constantly switching between EyeWire and other stuff while EyeWire is loading.


This way I would be able to do 10 cubes in a row, without being annoyed by these loading times/low res images. The low resolution images wouldn’t even need to be downloaded.

The answer to this is most likely no.  We are currently pushing the limits of memory use in a browser.  If we were to do this, we’d be using 10x too much memory and it would seriously effect the other tabs that you are trying to view.  Sorry.
