Hi… yesterday the play page hung and I had to quit - seems to be doing the same thing today. Just stays greyed out the the “loading…” box showing. I’ve tried on both Chrome and Firefox - same thing. (Mac OS X).
I’m still unable to load the play page. Tried deleting all the cookies, but still nothing. I’m using Chrome on Mac OS X 10.7.4 Is this happening to anyone else?
I haven’t seen any issues, or heard any other similar issues. Could you try opening up the javascript console and seeing if there are any errors there when you load the page?
OK… this is a little out of my league, so I’m hoping I’m doing it right.
In Chrome I get this - does it mean anything to you? (hoping the link works).
I tried it in Firefox as well… here are all the warnings/errors. Let me know if there is anything I need to do, or am not doing correctly. Thanks so much for your help. You can’t imagine how I’ve been missing eyewire these last few days! 
Ah, okay, so we probably need a better message for this, but it appears you are done. Not done done, but at the moment we are out of tasks for you to do. We’ve actually had some issues with the task spawner for the past few days that we are looking into.
The best thing that you can do to fix this problem is recruit your friends to play. The more people we have playing, the faster we will reconstruct, and the more things we will have for you to do.
Oooh! Ooh wow. Oh I’m going to miss it so much! I’m ready to map the whole brain! ;) Can’t wait until there is more… I’ll keep checking each day (and pass it on to friends). Thanks for letting me know.
… aand - wouldn’t you know it! Working now - awesome. At least now I’ll know what it means when it hangs.

Yeah, we spawned a few tasks, but this cell is nearing it’s conclusion. We’re going to try to start a new one soon.
Yep, I am experiencing the same problem… The play page hangs most of the time…
@frabuleuse Would you mind letting us know if you have any javascript errors? From what I can tell on this end, you still have plenty of tasks available.
@balkamm no it looks more like the page can not load or takes ages to load! sometimes I even get the message that I can not connect to your server… (all other browsing is fine by the way) I experience the same problem with chrome and explorer
ho and when it does not connect to your server I get this error : Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection.

Sorry you are having such difficulties. We haven’t heard from anyone else with similar issues and we are having a hard time reproducing what you are seeing. Can you tell us more about your setup? Where in the world are you located? What kind of a connection to the internet do you have? What kind of computer do you have? What OS/browser combo are you using?
Hopefully we can help you figure this out so you can get back to playing!

I have been doing some tests and it looks like my wifi could be the problem here… I have been having issues with it and will change it shortly. Hope this will sort the problem out
