When I first started playing this game I was impressed that I could see the amount of correctness of what I colored in and what I missed even beyond what seemed like the end of the tutorial. I thought that the game would always a correctness percentage to tell you how good you did. Why did you remove it? Is because I am now coloring in neurons that the AI does not know if I am correctly filling the correct neurons?

Yep, the percentage was only available in the tutorial. The AI can’t say for sure if you were coloring the cube correct.
It could only say: You were coloring it like most of the other guys. And even this is not possible if you are the first one that colored the cube
