One of the 2D planes is shifted over

One of the 2D planes is shifted over a bit in the cube I’m working on. The planes above and below are aligned with each other. It’s clear what the path is through this area, but I wasn’t sure if it was something I should ignore or report.

Good catch mainebee.  The image is slightly out of alignment–you did exactly right in continuing to trace it. Excellent job!

I also found a slice in the 2D image shifted out of alignment.  It may even be the same cube reported above.

Here is the /debug info.
Cell: 34
Center: <3135.61, 6920.29, 1875.27>
cube id: 56544
Plane: xy
last seg: 1906
Thanks, Eva

Hi Suneva, were you able to figure out the correct path of the neuron despite the shifted alignment?

I was!  The misaligned slice in the 2D image was pretty obvious.  Though the resulting 3D image had a wonky path at that area.

Ok good job that you managed to trace though it.  Carry on!
