I’ve been away for a long time – months – and came back today and started a tutorial, but when I click to add color, nothing happens. I logged out and back in; same problem. I have the latest Firefox – just updated a few days ago – otherwise the same computer as before. What do I need to do?

Have you passed the first tutorial? Or are you going through the Lightning/Starburst tutorial?
Also, it may be helpful to try Eyewire on Chrome instead of Firefox.
