Missing data loads on the cross sections, weird disconnects on fill ins

I have been experiencing this issue tonight.  Does not matter if I start over, or close out and come back.  Even when I receive a completely different cube.  Also, when you do fill in a connected piece, it will show up greatly below the seed out of place on the 3-D section.
