The chat never works for me, i dont know why
Never ever worked? Any chance you silenced it at one point and didn’t unsilence it? It’s pretty easy to test that, in the chat box type /silence . If chat starts working again that was the issue. If not let me know and I’ll try and figure out what else it cold be.
I also have this problem when I use my pc and broadband connection. But it does load only when the connection is strong enough as I have tried in an internet shop. 
Thanks for letting us know the chat is loading through broadband. I’ll pass that tidbit along to the devs. Have you tried fiddling around with the internet speed settings on EyeWire? You can access that through the little Gear symbol at lower right.
