in cube #280279 is clearly the error in scanning… level 16 and 17 from top does not match
is there a page where to report this type of errors?

Those errors happen periodically. We can’t really fix them, so the best thing is for you to try to trace through/around the aberration. A lot of times if you go forward a slice or two the problem will disappear and you’ll be able to continue tracing.
