Ok, I do not know why this happens, but my brush cursor is about halfway about off from the center to the right and downside like 
. I am using my school computer, and it works just fine in my home computer. The chrome version that I am using is 75.0.3770.80, as it may help. It only glitches in chrome

I’m sorry to hear you’re having some cursor trouble. Are you using the same version of Chrome on both your home and school computers? The current Chrome version is 77.0.3865.120 (Official Build) (64-bit) so perhaps that may be the issue and an update will solve it.
Also, have you checked that you are using a 64-bit version of the browser at school?

Sadly I cannot update chrome in my school computer 
But I will check if it is 64-bit version or not, thanks for response though!
