Computing Power

What is it we need for computer power for this game? My computer clearly does not have the require attributes for it.  At least, that what I think the problem is.

Hi Susan!

What sort of symptoms are you experiencing?

In general, the requirements for this game should be quite low. There are certain things that can make it work sub-optimally, but as long as you’re running a new enough version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari you should be in good shape.

I’m running  Windows7 and Firefox and everything is up to date. It seems once a new branch is added my system nearly stops.  I can hear it working (desktop) and it just hangs up for the longest time.  I created an account on my husband’s laptop last night and that worked perfectly.  I have another older laptop I’m trying to set up but haven’t resolved the 4GL problem on that one yet.  This is the Olympics of crowd sourcing!

I have had minimal problems with speed until the new look.  Now things are so slow I give up.

Used to be, for each cube there was a buffering symbol for each slice for the first few slices.
Now the buffering symbol hangs for so long  when the cube comes up that I just give up.  I have returned to other solitaire games - they are more rewarding.

Hey Cenright, sorry to hear that. I hope you’ll come back to try it soon. I am in the process of switching to webgl for 2d which should make things much snappier.

Can’t speak for Centright, but I’m glad to hear this.  I’ve spent many hours fussing with a laptop that should be wonderful for this product can’t fix the WebGL problem – even with Chrome.  The laptop has XP Media edition.  Any suggestions?
