There are several areas of the dataset that have errors. this is because something happened either when the sample was cut, and photoed or when the images was alligned or overstaining of the contrast colour used in the sample. this is something it is not possible to do something about now and you will just have too try too trace trough it. If in dubt Z plane is the orginal plane and often most correct.

Adding to what ann’s saying: 2D cannot be altered, improved or changed, what is, is, we can alter 3D to a point (and even that has limits) but not 2D, not us, not the admins/gamemasters. So, for example those blurred slides cannot be removed and replaced with new ones that aren’t blurred or sharpened or such. Thankfully they are only 1 or 2 out of 255 (I think iirc) per cube and not in every cube and they can be ‘ignored’ by changing planes/axis.
