All the rest of the slides in 2D view show fine except for this one, only time I’ve come across this.
@sneakybaron this is pretty common. One slice got messed up either in the slicing process or during the imaging. It looks like you were able to trace through it?
That’s about what I figured. It did go through it before I even got to that one.
Cool. Sometimes there’s a bit of a jump in the alignment between the good slides and the blurry ones. In cases like that what you need to do is find the shape you’d been tracing before, and find it again after the blurry slide. Usually the jump in alignment is pretty small, less than a cm.
