Those look like axons or dendrites pressing against the CB to me. lol
what are the round thingies in the shaded area in the lower left corner of this slide? They are weird!

I’m not sure exactly what structures, but they are organelles. Some of the little black dots are vesicles. Eyewire’s dataset was processed so that we wouldn’t see the internal cell structures, but occasionally some show up from time to time.
