For our current project on SACs. We’d like to get started with the On-SAC cells, so please complete those before moving to the Off-SACs.
OK to jump around in the sheet, just stick with On-SAC types until those are complete.

Hi all, I’ve added a “Nuc coords” column to the spreadsheet, as well as a “Nucleus” annotation layer to the start link. Please drop an annotation point into your cell’s nucleus (do not merge!! 
) and copy the coordinates into the spreadsheet.
If you wouldn’t mind doing this retroactively for cells you’ve already completed as well, and updating your final link, it would be appreciated! You can pull layers from one state to another, so easiest way would be to pull the Nucleus layer into your existing link and then update the link.
If this is confusing or you don’t have time to retro-update your old cell links just message me and I’ll take care of it for you. TIA!

I’ve added a new 
SPECIAL TASK to the task list! This is 5 cells that we are looking for a thorough 2nd pass cleaning on (they’ve already been cleaned once).
Anyone may claim these tasks – first come first served! Please only claim one at a time.
Please make sure to read the INSTRUCTIONS thoroughly before you begin! They are different from the instructions for the main task.

Hi all,
There’s been a request to have the Nucleus ID added to each task. I’ve added a column called Final NucID, you can add it there.
If you wouldn’t mind also going back to older cells and adding in the Final NucID as well, it would be much appreciated
