Hi AMCVT,

Thanks for reporting! There was an AI merger in this cube and it got removed

If you’re having trouble with chat, can I ask what browser are you using?

Best,
M.

I use Chrome, but it may (in all honesty) be more of a user-error than anything else

I have Chrome (latest version) and also can’t see chat. The weird thing is, I was able to see it about an hour ago.

I went on chat and mentioned this was the first time I had been able to see chat for months, and Nseraf replied that there were lots of changes in February. Now I can’t see chat again.

What might be going on?

Hi jesmith_nm,

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with accessing chat. Can you take a screenshot of your javascript console to see if it is reporting any errors? You can access it by hitting control+shift+i on a Windows machine. You can reply here or feel free to email this info to support@eyewire.org.

Also have you tried using Firefox?

Thanks,
M.

I’ll see if Firefox works

Sounds like WebSockets are blocked for some reason. Did Firefox end up working?
